Our kitchen handles all major allergens. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee any dish is entirely free from traces. Severe and airborne allergies must be declared in writing at least 14 days before the wedding.

Maximum sound level is 90 dB. Amplification is permitted for the ceremony; acoustic only during room turnaround. Music finishes at 12.00am.

All suppliers must provide valid public liability insurance and PAT certificates before arrival. Suppliers without documentation will not be admitted.

All items must be removed by 11.00am the day after the wedding. The venue accepts no liability for items left after this time.

Gifts and cards must be removed from public areas by 9.00pm and a removal form signed on the night.

The post box is not a security box. The venue accepts no responsibility for its contents.

Damage to gardens, lawn games or the photobooth is charged at cost to the couple.
Outdoor photoshoots including the beach, hill and circle are undertaken at the couple's and guests' own risk.
No fixings to walls or ceilings. No naked flames other than venue-supplied candles. All décor must be approved in advance.
The Main Hall, Garden Suite and Courtyard Rooms are wheelchair accessible. The Wedding Hill and Chapel have uneven ground.
Please confirm consent for the venue to share photographs of the wedding on social media.
All timings are indicative. The duty manager may adjust the running order on the day for safety or service reasons.
